Sean Daily is the CEO of The 108 Group, LLC, a Northern California-based marketing agency and consultancy. He is a 35-year entrepreneur and digital marketing expert with a strong technology background, and has founded multiple successful 7-figure ventures during his career including The 108 Group, Adentities, Social Media Ninjas, Dental Marketing Ninjas, Realtimepublishers, Green Living Ideas, and Xcedia Corp. Using creative and innovative marketing & tech strategies, Sean has helped hundreds of businesses across the US significantly increase their revenue. His clients to date include market leaders such as Yelp, Kohler, Microsoft, Dell, and Cisco. He also, with his wife Heather, co-founded and directs Loving Home Ministries, a 501c3 non-profit that supports children & families worldwide.
Heather Daily
Secretary
Heather Daily has lived in Sonoma County Wine Country, CA her whole life and is a mother to 5 children. She has previously co-owned several fitness gyms in Northern California as well as a skin care company, and is a Co-founder of Loving Home Ministries. Jesus is her lord and Savior and she thrives on sharing a love for the Lord with underprivileged children around the world. She is currently pursuing a Spiritual Counseling Certification through Good Samaritan Ministries, and loves taking care of her family.
Thiadora Pina
Board Member
Professor Pina serves as the Clinical Professor and Director of the Externship Program at Santa Clara University and is an accomplished civil litigation attorney. She brings strong communication, customer service, and project management skills as a clinical professor and externship director. These skills drive her innovative approach to professional development using instructional design centered on adult learning theory and principles of positive psychology.
Thiadora directs and teaches the required first-year Critical Lawyering Skills seminar and the Externship Workshop classes. She is the lead author of Essential Lawyering Skills: A Companion Guide to Neil W. Hamilton’s ROADMAP (forthcoming 2021), an interactive workbook designed to develop student’s professional identity and lawyering skills. She also uses online video modules and active scenario development to develop student’s reflective practice and self-development.
Thiadora brings this same innovative approach to cultural intelligence, where she has extensive experience as both a lawyer and professor. She is the faculty advisor for Santa Clara Law’s Black Law Student Association and the founding advisor of Santa Clara Law’s First-Generation Law Student Association. She designed and now delivers a cultural competence workshop centered on critical lawyering competencies.
Thiadora practiced civil litigation for over eleven years. She concentrated her practice in insurance, healthcare, and personal bankruptcy. She regularly appeared in state and federal courts throughout the Boston, Massachusetts area.
Jeffrey M. Dreyer, CPA
Board Member
Jeffrey M. Dreyer has been a self-employed certified public accountant for more than 40 years working primarily in the field of taxation. Beginning his career in 1976, he graduated Magna Cum Lauda from Golden Gate University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1979 and passed all four parts of the Uniform CPA exam in his first sitting that same year. He received his CPA certificate in May of 1980 and continues to be active in his profession. In his professional capacity he has worked with many nonprofit organizations and private foundations formerly as an auditor and currently as a provider of tax services. He has also served on the Board of several nonprofit organizations.
